Female Asian elephant calf stands next to its mother La Petite in their enclosure at the Ramat Gan Safari Zoo, tel Aviv, Israel, on Thursday. A statement from the zoo said the yet to be named calf was born early morning on Wednesday and weighs about 90 kg.
