Another Rhino killed in Kaziranga

In what has created a serious concern among the wildlife and environment activists in Assam, poachers on Sunday killed yet another rhino in Kaziranga and got away with horns.

The incident took place hours after, forest guards of Kaziranga claimed to have killed two poachers in the same Kohora range of the National Park where carcass of pachyderm was found.

With this, the number of rhinos killed by poachers during this year has gone up to 15. This week alone, the poachers have killed three rhinos in the world heritage site.
